The Consumer Learner: Emergence and Expectations of a Customer Service Mentality in Post-Secondary Education
University of the Rockies' faculty member publishes book about adult education

Dr. Cheryl Lentz, an online faculty member for University of the Rockies, has published The Consumer Learner: Emergence and Expectations of a Customer Service Mentality in Post-Secondary Education

The book examines the transformation of the higher education culture within the United States, specifically among three populations: administrators, faculty and students. Lentz, along with her co-author Dr. Gillian Silver, describe a new reality and emerging patterns shaping the experiences of these three diverse, yet interconnected constituencies.

“This is a frank, encompassing work which has the capacity to ignite a national dialogue,” says Lentz.

The Consumer Learner: Emergence and Expectations of a Customer Service Mentality in Post-Secondary Education is available for purchase at Amazon.com.
