Leading Organizational Change with Emotional Intelligence: Getting to the Heart of the Matter
Free professional development lunch to be held at University of the Rockies

As a leader, how do you make people feel and think differently – vs. just behave differently – in order to manage rapid and radical organizational change?

University of the Rockies will explore this topic and how tapping into emotional intelligence can produce and sustain effective organizational change during a free professional development event on Thursday, March 8, 2012.

The seminar begins at 11:30 a.m. in University of the Rockies’ Harvey House Auditorium at 555 East Pikes Peak Avenue. There is no cost to attend this event and lunch will be provided.

Led by core faculty member in the School of Organizational Leadership, Dr. Gina Hernez-Broome, participants will learn how to manage things and lead people by employing emotional intelligence and inspiring team members.

Space is limited, so an RSVP is required by March 5. Respond by phone to 866.442.0808.
