Specialized Training Available for Tomorrow's Thought Leaders
Six specializations added to University of the Rockies' graduate programs in Organizational Development and Leadership

Six industry-specific specializations have been added to University of the Rockies’ graduate programs in Organizational Development and Leadership – bringing tailored leadership training to individuals with interests ranging from entrepreneurship to e-learning.

The new specializations, offered at both the master’s and doctoral level, include: 

·         Corporate Training and E-Learning

·         Innovation and Entrepreneurship

·         Organizational Diversity

·         Risk Management

·         Social Media and Technology

·         Sport, Fitness and Wellness Management 

“We find that leaders are faced with unique challenges based on their career fields” explains Dr. Gina Hernez-Broome, interim dean of the School of Organizational Leadership. “Our faculty of experts has developed coursework to specifically address some of these challenges.” 

The  new specializations are available to students who pursue either the Master of Arts or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Development and Leadership online at University of the Rockies.
