University of the Rockies Introduces New Master of Arts in Psychology Specialization
Specialization in industrial organizational psychology will provide students the opportunity to increase their scientific knowledge of workplace behavior

University of the Rockies, a leading graduate school focused on the social and behavioral sciences, has announced the addition of a specialization in the master of arts in psychology degree. A specialization in industrial organizational psychology is now being offered and provides students the opportunity to increase their scientific knowledge of workplace behavior and to improve performance and productivity to meet changing business demands.

“Leaders often recognize issues in their organizations and struggle to identify the right experts to address them effectively,” said Dr. Jeremy Moreland, provost of University of the Rockies. “The foundations, principles, and approaches of industrial organizational psychology supply practitioners with the tools needed to meet the organizational challenges of today and tomorrow.”
