University of the Rockies Graduation to be held August 20

University of the Rockies, a graduate school specializing in the social and behavioral sciences, will hold its graduation ceremony at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 20. The ceremony will be held at the Pikes Peak Center in downtown Colorado Springs.

The graduating class will comprise 312 students – the largest class to graduate from University of the Rockies since its founding in 1998. About a third of the class is expected to attend the ceremony, with graduates traveling to Colorado Springs from more than 30 states.     

The commencement speech will be delivered by Brigadier General Dana H. Born, dean of faculty at the United States Air Force Academy.
