University of the Rockies' Carolyn Harris to present at AACRAO Conference in San Diego

Carolyn Harris, director of campus enrollment services for University of the Rockies, will present “Leadership Competencies for Successful Strategic Planning in the Face of Organizational Change” on Tuesday, November 1. Her presentation is part of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), Strategic Enrollment Management Conference in San Diego. 

Harris’ presentation is based on her doctoral studies at University of the Rockies. She is pursuing her doctorate degree in Organizational Development and Leadership.

According to Harris’ research, 75 percent of organizations fail at implementing successful organizational change. Her session will address the issue of failed change, and outline six leadership competencies that positively impact organizational change processes.
