Dr. Edward Gray to deliver workshop for El Pomar Nonprofit Resource Center
Dr. Edward Gray, faculty member for University of the Rockies, will help nonprofit professionals evaluate their programs as part of the El Pomar Nonprofit Resource Center’s monthly workshop series. The hands-on session will begin at 8 a.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at the Penrose Library (20 N. Cascade Ave.). Gray will guide nonprofit leaders through the process of evaluating and documenting program success. He also will help participants to learn: · how to connect programs and services to the mission and planned impact · how to start evaluating programs, beginning with testimonials and ending with empirical evidence · how to get started on program logic models and evidence-based outcome measurements grounded in data and best practices The workshop is free to attend, although registration is required.
