Second Golden Key Class Inducted on Saturday
Thirty-Eight students make up second class of honor students

Thirty-eight University of the Rockies students will be inducted into the Golden Key National Honour Society on Saturday, Oct. 27. The induction and celebration precede the University’s largest-ever commencement ceremony, which will be held on Sunday, Oct. 28.

This is the second year that University of the Rockies has inducted students into the elite honour society. Membership is by invitation only and students must rank among the top-performing graduate students.

Inductees include five pending graduates; James Eric Elliott of Gallup, N.M., Valerie Toni Garmon of Sierra Vista, Ariz., Leonard Alexander Stimpson of Philadelphia, Pa., Tara Faye Quick of Imperial Beach, Calif., and Sharon Kay Willey of Berlin, Md.

The induction ceremony begins at 5 p.m. at Cheyenne Mountain Resort (3225 Broadmoor Valley Road). Inductees and family members who are not able to attend are invited to participate virtually by watching a live video stream online at Rockies.edu
