Dr. Allen Cornelius presents with two University of the Rockies PsyD students
University of the Rockies Professor Dr. Allen Cornelius presented “Growth Through Adversity After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction” during a symposium at the American Psychological Association (APA) Annual Convention that took place August 4-7 in Denver. In addition, two University of the Rockies doctor of psychology students, James Bixler Jr. and Megan Chandler, presented the results of their dissertations during the August 4 symposium titled Consulting and Working Within Interdisciplinary Teams—Barriers and Benefits, chaired by Dr. Cornelius. Bixler presented during the session titled Academician’s Values, Practice, and Perceived Barriers Concerning Interdisciplinarity. Chandler presented during the session titled A Qualitative Inquiry Regarding Interdisciplinary Work in Academia. The APA Annual Convention is an opportunity for those within the field of psychology to connect with colleagues.
