University of the Rockies, a graduate school specializing in psychology programs at the master's and doctoral levels, announces the hiring of Gemma Ivy as Finance Manager.

Ivy has over 15 years of experience in finance. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the states of Colorado and Mississippi. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from University of the City of Manila and an MBA in Finance from Colorado Technical University.
