As of August 2, 2008, University of the Rockies hosts a 45 minute call-in radio program, "The Think Tank", on local news radio station 1240, KRDO. Jim Ungvarsky hosts the show, which will have a listener call-in segment, and will typically have a guest faculty member from the school as the subject matter expert.

Topics have included mental health and the economy, with David Solly as the guest, and Psychology of Olympic athletes, with Stephen Kirkpatrick as the guest.
