Hillary Reed has been accepted into the Leadership Pikes Peak (LPP) Leadership NOW!, a new program that aims to engage, support, nurture, and mobilize emerging leaders to make a positive difference in our community. LPP understands that leadership transcends age and LPP wants to offer young people (age 22-32) the opportunity to learn and grow their leadership skills in order to make an impact.

Leadership NOW! integrates the best in current leadership thinking and application with the intention that participants graduate well equipped to lead. During the course, participants will network, learn core leadership concepts, and practice applying these concepts to current issues. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to meet with and learn from a host of seasoned local leaders about relevant community concerns. In so doing, Leadership NOW! participants gain unique, personal perspectives and insights about how leadership style and practice makes a difference.
