Rockies Counseling Center Changes to Flat Fee Payment Structure

Rockies Counseling Center (RCC) is now operating on a flat fee payment structure, charging $25 per therapy session.

A sliding scale fee structure is still in place for clients who have limited or no income. No one will be denied services based on ability to pay.

“By altering our payment structure we are now able to serve a wider range of individuals,” said Dr. Marian Edelbrock, director of RCC. “For the equivalent cost of a co-payment, we are able to see clients who have health insurance. They can receive therapy in our clinic without impacting their insurance or the sessions available to them through their insurance plan.”

The RCC can also see clients who choose not to use their insurance plans for therapy due to privacy concerns. With the change, RCC expects to see additional clients from the Armed Forces, as well as families and the elderly.

Cash, checks and credit cards may be used to pay for services. To make an appointment, call 719.442.0606.
