University of the Rockies, a graduate school specializing in the social and behavioral sciences, will occupy a third building in downtown Colorado Springs beginning this month. The University has leased 5,520-square-feet at 545 East Pikes Peak Avenue to create additional classroom space. “We are expanding our footprint in Colorado Springs to accommodate the growth of our student body. We are truly at capacity in our current location,” said Dr. Bob Edelbrock, campus director/vice president of University of the Rockies. Classes and offices are currently located at 555 and 559 East Pikes Peak Avenue. The University also operates Rockies Counseling Center at 555 East Pikes Peak Avenue. University of the Rockies will continue its commitment to technology in the new classrooms. As in current spaces, all of the new classrooms will be equipped with wireless technology and audio visual capabilities. University of the Rockies is a graduate school specializing in master's and doctorate degree programs in the social and behavioral sciences.
