University of the Rockies, a graduate school specializing in the social and behavioral sciences, will host a Love and Logic parenting workshop at Rockies Counseling Center (555 East Pikes Peak Ave.). The nine-week course begins May 25 and will meet each Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  

New for this session, University of the Rockies will offer a kids program at the same time. Kids will learn the principles of Love and Logic through fun, interactive activities and games. 

The workshop has also been extended to nine weeks to allow time for parent and child interaction.  

The cost of the workshop is $35 per couple or family unit and $30 for single parents. A sliding scale is available for families that require tuition assistance.  

The cost includes nine group sessions, a workbook, and access to books and audio CDs featuring the creators of Love and Logic. Registration may be completed by phone at 719.442.0606.
