University of the Rockies has launched a Facebook page to help connect alumni from across the country. A graduate school specializing in the social and behavioral sciences, University of the Rockies holds classes on its campus in Colorado Springs and online.   

The Alumni Facebook page is one of University of the Rockies’ latest ventures in social media. The University also maintains Facebook pages for its current students and Golden Key members, as well as a YouTube Channel, Twitter account and LinkedIn group. 

“We are using popular technologies to connect our online students and our alumni from around the country to one another and to our campus in Colorado Springs,” said Dr. Charlita Shelton, president of University of the Rockies. “We even live streamed our recent commencement ceremonies to make the event more accessible to graduates and families who couldn’t travel to Colorado to participate themselves.”
