University of the Rockies' Dr. Paige Graham to Lecture on Intergenerational Management
Free professional development lunch to be held at University of the Rockies

Four generations are active in today’s workplace – ranging from the retiring members of the “Greatest Generation” to the fresh-faced Millennials. Managing intergenerational teams is now a challenge for managers and business leaders.

Dr. Paige Graham, core faculty member in University of the Rockies School of Organizational Leadership, will address these challenges at a free professional development opportunity on Thursday, Oct. 11. The “lunch and learn” event begins at 11:30 a.m. in the Harvey House Auditorium (555 E. Pikes Peak Ave.).

Graham will profile the three generations currently in the workforce, to include differences in work styles and the implications for managers and leaders. Her presentation will also highlight research conducted by Jennifer Deal and the Center for Creative Leadership, which provides ten truths about generational conflict that were gleaned from a seven-year study.

There is no cost to attend this event, and lunch will be provided. Space is limited, so an RSVP is required by Oct. 8. Respond by phone to 866.442.0808.
