Dr. Steven Gray Published in Textbook for Pediatric Neuropsychology

Dr. Steven Gray, core faculty member in the School of Professional Psychology at University of the Rockies, has contributed two chapters to the textbook Psychopathology of Childhood and Adolescence: A Neuropsychological Approach.

This graduate-level textbook is a comprehensive companion piece to the Handbook of Pediatric Neuropsychology – a landmark reference on pediatric neuropsychology to which Dr. Gray also contributed. It covers major pediatric disorders as well as hard-to-find coverage of childhood cognitive disorders. Additionally, the volume features all-new material on neuroimaging and a comprehensive, real-life case study on each disorder.

Dr. Gray’s chapters are based on his research and experience in pediatric neuropsychology and covers Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD). RAD can present as a failure to form normal attachments to primary caregivers, and is often the result of severe neglect, abuse, abrupt separation or changes in caregivers at an early age.

Dr. Gray has over 30 years of clinical experience and operates a private practice with offices in Colorado Springs and Dallas, TX. He is also a registered clinician of the Association for Treatment and Training in the Attachment of Children.

The textbook is available for purchase on Amazon.com.
